Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your One Peace purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Size Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Personalized Items

Personalized or customized items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
